1. Not medical advice
Health Agenda is a personal record-keeping and organization tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care from a qualified doctor, veterinarian, or other health professional.
Temperature classifications, reminders, and anything generated by the app’s AI features — document analysis or the Ask Health Agenda assistant — are provided for organizational convenience only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must not be relied on for medical decisions. Check medicine doses against the prescription or package leaflet, and always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
The Service is not for emergencies. If you or someone in your care needs urgent help, call 112 or your local emergency number.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including the family member profiles and health records you create or manage. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect someone else has access to your account.
3. Family members and pets
When you add a family member, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that they have agreed to you recording their health information. You’re responsible for that information being accurate and for respecting their privacy.
4. Your content
You own the information, documents, and photos you add. You give us a limited licence to store, process, and display them only to provide the Service to you and to the people you choose to share them with. You confirm you have the right to add them, including any information about other people.
5. Subscriptions
Some features require a paid, auto-renewing subscription. Prices, billing periods, and any free trial are shown before you buy. A free trial is offered once per account.
- On the web, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these orders, charges your payment method, and handles payment questions and refunds under its buyer terms and our Refund Policy. Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Billing.
- In the iPhone app, payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- In the Android app, payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Manage or cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play’s policies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before then (for Apple, at least 24 hours before the period ends). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in advance. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have, including any right to withdraw from a purchase.
6. Sharing features
When you create a share link or PDF for an illness record, you control what it includes, who can access it, and for how long. You can revoke a link at any time, but we can’t recall PDFs or copies a recipient has already downloaded. You are responsible for sharing only with people you intend to give access to that information, and we are not responsible for a recipient’s further disclosure of it.
7. AI features
Document analysis and the Ask Health Agenda assistant are powered by Anthropic’s Claude models. When you use them, the relevant content is sent to Anthropic for processing as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be incomplete or wrong: review extracted diagnoses and medicines before saving them, and treat assistant replies as general information only.
8. Acceptable use
Use Health Agenda only for its intended purpose: tracking your own or your family’s health information. Don’t use the Service to store or share information about people without their knowledge or consent (other than minors or pets in your care), attempt to access accounts or systems that aren’t yours, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, resell it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
9. Our rights
The Service, its software, design, and brand belong to Gromik Software S.R.L. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for as long as you comply with these terms. We may update, change, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your data.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep Health Agenda available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that reminders will always arrive on time. The Service is provided “as is,” and features (including AI-powered ones, which depend on third-party providers) may change or be temporarily unavailable.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any reliance on information stored in or generated by the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
12. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.
13. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any product claims, legal compliance, or third-party intellectual property claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Chișinău, unless the consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
