1. In the Android or iPhone app
- Tap your photo or initials at the top of the screen to open Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all of its data are deleted straight away.
2. On the website
- Sign in at health-agenda.com.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
3. If you can’t sign in
Email [email protected] from your account’s email address and ask us to delete the account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply when it’s done.
4. What is deleted
Everything in the account is permanently deleted: your account details, the family members and pets you added, their allergies, medicines, illnesses, symptom logs, readings, treatments and dose history, appointments, uploaded documents and photos, Ask Health Agenda conversations, notifications and settings. Share links stop working at once.
Deleting can’t be undone. If you want a copy first, download one on the website under Settings → Sharing & privacy → Export data.
5. What is kept
We keep only anonymous AI usage totals that can no longer be linked to you. Paddle, Apple and Google keep their own billing records where tax law requires.
6. Subscriptions
A website subscription (billed by Paddle) is cancelled when you delete your account.
A subscription bought in the app is billed by Google Play or Apple, and deleting your account doesn’t cancel it. Cancel it first: on Android in the Play Store app → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
