Is Health Agenda free?
Yes. The Free plan covers one profile with 3 AI scans and 10 AI questions a month. Paid plans add profiles, more AI and PDF reports.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Health Agenda is a web app that works in any modern browser, on a phone or a computer.
Is there a mobile app?
iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. The web app works in any phone browser today.
Which languages are available?
English, French, Romanian and Russian.
Family & pets
Can I add my pets?
Yes. Pets get their own profiles with illnesses, treatments, medicines and vet appointments.
Do family members need their own accounts?
No. Family members and pets are profiles inside your account.
How many profiles can I have?
1 on Free, 5 on Pro and unlimited on Family Max. People and pets both count.
Can I record allergies?
Yes. Food, drug, environmental and insect allergies, each with a severity from mild to life-threatening.
AI features
What can the AI document scan read?
Photos and PDFs of prescriptions and medical reports. It fills in the diagnosis, doctor, medicines with dose, frequency and duration, and notes, for you to check.
What does Ask Health Agenda know?
Only your own household’s records. It answers questions about them, and nothing else.
Is the AI always right?
No. AI can make mistakes. Always check extracted details against the original document.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Under our commercial agreement with Anthropic, content you scan or ask about is not used to train their models.
Privacy & security
Who can see my records?
Only you, unless you create a share link.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Export everything as a ZIP, or delete your account and all its data, at any time.
Where is my data stored?
On DigitalOcean servers in London, United Kingdom.
Is this medical advice?
No. Health Agenda organises information. Always consult a doctor or vet.

Is there a free trial?
Pro and Family Max include a 7-day free trial. One free trial per account.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free.
Are the plans the same on web and mobile?
Yes. The same plans apply on the web, iPhone and Android.
Do prices include tax?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars and include tax.
