What we do with your records, and what you can do with them.
Who can see your records
Only you. Family members and pets are profiles inside your account, not separate accounts. Nobody else sees anything unless you create a share link.
Sharing is always your choice
- Share links cover one illness.
- You choose what’s included.
- You set when the link expires.
- You can restrict it to the recipient’s email.
- You can revoke it at any time.
- You’re notified when a share is viewed.
How we protect your data
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.
- Uploaded documents and photos are never public. They are served only through signed links that expire.
- Changing or resetting your password signs out your other devices.
AI and your data
Documents you scan and questions you ask are processed by Anthropic (Claude) only to produce the result. Under our commercial agreement this content is not used to train their models. Ask Health Agenda only ever sees your own household’s records.
Where your data lives
Our servers, database and files are hosted by DigitalOcean in London, United Kingdom.
Your rights (GDPR)
- Export all your data as a ZIP at any time.
- Correct or delete any record.
- Delete your account and all its data permanently.
- Contact [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
